Madeleine Pye

Afisa Mkuu wa Uendeshaji

Madeleine alijiunga na Arrived mwaka wa 2021. Mhitimu wa Chuo Kikuu cha George Washington, Madeleine alipata shahada ya kwanza ya sanaa (B.A.) katika Masuala ya Kimataifa na Lugha, Fasihi, na Utamaduni wa Kifaransa ambapo pia alitumia muda kusoma katika Sciences Po Paris na Shule ya Mafunzo ya Kimataifa huko Cape Town, Afrika Kusini.

Mkurugenzi wa Maendeleo

Kama Mkurugenzi wa Maendeleo katika Arrived, Fabiola anaunda maono ya kimkakati ya shirika na kupata rasilimali za kuyatimiza. Anaunganisha mkakati mpana na utekelezaji wa vitendo, akiongoza shughuli za uchangishaji fedha, ruzuku, mawasiliano, na ushirikiano za Arrived.

Fabiola alijiunga na Arrived baada ya miaka mitano katika Idara ya Serikali ya Marekani, ambako alisimamia shughuli za kimataifa kwa ajili ya Mpango wa Kukubali Wakimbizi wa Marekani. Mtaalam wa sera za kibinadamu na wakimbizi, ametumia maisha yake ya kazi kujenga suluhu za kudumu kwa watu waliohamishwa. Sasa anahakikisha kwamba wakimbizi waliopata nyumba katika eneo la DMV wana msaada wanaohitaji ili kujenga msingi kwa vizazi vijavyo. Fabiola ana shahada ya kwanza ya Sayansi ya Siasa kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Notre Dame.

Mshauri Mwandamizi Mtendaji

Nicole anahudumu kama Mshauri Mkuu Mtendaji katika Arrived, akiongoza mipango ya kimkakati inayohusu usanifu wa programu, ufuatiliaji na tathmini, na maendeleo ya kitaasisi. Awali aliwahi kuwa Naibu Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa Arrived.

Kabla ya kujiunga na Arrived, Nicole alitumia takriban miaka 12 katika Idara ya Nchi ya Marekani, ikijumuisha kama Naibu Mkurugenzi wa Kituo cha Kuchakata Wakimbizi, akiboresha teknolojia ili kusaidia makazi mapya ya wakimbizi ya kihistoria. Huduma yake ya umma ilijumuisha kuunda programu za mageuzi ya sheria za jinai barani Afrika, kujadili maazimio ya Umoja wa Mataifa, kuratibu miitikio ya mzozo wa kimataifa, na kutumika kama Kaimu Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa ofisi ya masuala ya kibinadamu ya Idara hiyo. Mapema katika kazi yake, alizindua programu za ujifunzaji wa uzoefu wa kimataifa kama Mkurugenzi Msaidizi katika Taasisi ya Buffett na kusimamia ruzuku na mawasiliano kwa ajili ya Taasisi ya American India huko New Delhi.

Nicole ana Shahada ya Sanaa (B.A.) katika Sayansi ya Siasa kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Northwestern, Shahada ya Uzamili (MSc) katika Usimamizi wa Maendeleo ya Kimataifa kutoka Shule ya Uchumi ya London, na alipokea mafunzo ya uongozi wa kiutendaji kutoka Shule ya Biashara ya Harvard.

Kukuza Uongozi wa Jumuiya

Arrived inajivunia kuwaajiri wafanyakazi kutoka katika jamii zilezile tunazozihudumia. Tiffany Lung is a marketing leader and branding expert in the CPG and Healthcare industries. She has over 10 years of brand management experience overseeing portfolio P&Ls and building campaigns for iconic brands such as Kate Farms, Lansinoh, Capital One, Swedish Fish, and Sour Patch Kids. Tiffany earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Tiffany is a first-generation American and the grandchild of Chinese refugees.

Richard Koffman, Mheshimiwa.

Rich is an attorney with 30 years of experience representing plaintiffs in antitrust and civil rights litigation. He is currently a Partner and Co-Chair of the Pro Bono Committee at the law firm Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll LLP, where he has represented unaccompanied minors pro bono in immigration proceedings. Previously, he served as a Senior Trial Attorney in the Antitrust and Civil Rights Divisions at the U.S. Department of Justice. Rich is an Honors graduate of Wesleyan University and received his law degree from Yale Law School, where he was a Senior Editor of the Yale Law Review.

Rebecca Maxwell, Esq.

Rebecca serves as Senior Counsel and Vice President for Immigration at Jetr Global, an advisory firm that helps sports and entertainment organizations, athletes, leagues, federations, and governments navigate international immigration and global mobility. Previously, she spent 12 years with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), most recently serving as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Director of USCIS and Chief of USCIS’ Administrative Appeals Office. She provided counsel on a wide range of emergent issues related to immigration law and shaped myriad regulatory and policy-based agendas.

Hilary Ingraham, MA

Hilary Ingraham has spent more than two decades working to support protection and opportunity for refugees. Her career has spanned nonprofit organizations, international organizations, and the U.S. government, where she held senior leadership roles with the Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration. She began her career at Catholic Charities in Boston, served as a Presidential Management Fellow with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Asylum Office, and worked with the International Organization for Migration in Southern Africa. Hilary was awarded the 2022 Service to America Medal and was named a Federal 100 Honoree. Hilary holds an M.A. in International Development Studies with a concentration in Forced Migration and Refugee Studies from the American University in Cairo and is proud to serve on Arrived’s Board of Directors.Hilary Ingraham has spent more than two decades working to support protection and opportunity for refugees. Robert Kelly, J.D.

Robert is a corporate and securities lawyer with more than three decades of experience in counseling Boards of Directors and executives. During his career, he has served in senior legal roles in the healthcare and entertainment industries. He most recently served as the general counsel of an online streaming platform.

Ty Cobb, J.D.

Ty Cobb is a leader with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of business, policy, and community impact. At Amazon, he leads policy, strategy, and partnerships for Amazon eXperience & Upskilling, helping the company create opportunities for employees and communities to grow, thrive, and connect.

Previously, Ty was a senior leader at the Human Rights Campaign, where he led programs, strategic initiatives, and research. His accomplishments included building a coalition of more than 45 companies to provide career mentors to 1,000+ LGBTQ refugees in partnership with the Tent Partnership for Refugees; growing the Business Coalition for the Equality Act to more than 500 major companies; and launching HRC’s global advocacy efforts, supporting LGBTQ advocates and organizations in more than 80 countries.

Earlier in his career, Ty worked on landmark federal policy initiatives including the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act, and passage of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act. He also served as counsel to the office of Senator Edward M. Kennedy and began his career as an attorney at Sidley Austin and Bracewell.

Ty holds a B.A., B.B.A., and J.D. from the University of Texas. He lives in Washington, DC with his husband, twin boys, and two Labrador retrievers.

Ken Scott, Mheshimiwa.

Ken is a partner at Relman Colfax and joined the firm in 2022. He is focused on counseling financial institutions on best practices for complying with fair lending and consumer protection laws, and on navigating financial technology issues. Prior to joining the firm, Ken served two tours of duty as a Trial Attorney at the Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Housing and Civil Enforcement Section, where he investigated and litigated fair housing and fair lending cases. Ken has also worked at a number of large financial institutions, where he served in positions ranging from fair lending counsel to head of consumer fairness compliance.

Steve Cox

Steve Cox brings 47 years of experience in international development, community philanthropy, and strategic management to Arrived. Prior to his retirement in March 2018, Steve served for eight years as Vice President for Programs and Managing Director for Networks and Strategic Initiatives at the Inter-American Foundation. Steve has also held senior executive positions with the Ford Foundation, the World Wildlife Fund, The Nature Conservancy, and Fundación Acceso, a non-profit organization that he founded in Costa Rica. Steve has spent half of his career in residence in Latin America (Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, Peru, and Guatemala), and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. He has a BA in Latin American Economic Development from Berkeley and a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard.

Alice Nappy, MA

Alice recently retired as Executive Director of VisArts, a nonprofit arts organization in Rockville, Maryland, where she spent 15 years helping the organization expand its programs, reach, and impact. Under her leadership, VisArts grew to a $3.5 million organization serving more than 30,000 people each year.

Throughout her career, Alice has been passionate about strengthening nonprofit organizations and the communities they serve. She has provided fundraising and organizational management support to a wide range of local nonprofits, including Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, Crossway Community, Operation

Homefront, and Glen Echo Park Partnership, and has held senior leadership roles at the International Center for Journalists, Bentley University, and the Center for International Private Enterprise.

Alice continues to be active in the community. She serves on the Montgomery County Advisory Board of the Greater Washington Community Foundation and is a member of Impact100 DC, where women come together to support high-impact community initiatives. She is also a graduate of Leadership Montgomery’s Core Program and has a B.S. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Alice lives in Potomac with her husband, Jonathan. Outside of her professional and community activities, she enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and, most of all, spending time with her grandson.

Avideh Moussavian

The daughter of Iranian immigrants and raised in Ohio, Avideh has spent two decades working to advance immigrant, economic and racial justice. She is currently working in the general counsel’s office of the Freedom Together Foundation and has previously held roles leading federal policy and advocacy at the New York Immigration Coalition and the National Immigration Law Center and represented survivors of gender-based violence at Sanctuary for Families. She has also served as a visiting professional at the Office of Public Counsel for Defense at the International Criminal Court and as an appointee at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, working on a range of humanitarian issues. She is a graduate of Columbia University and Boston University School of Law.

Anam Petit, Esq.

Anam Petit is an immigration attorney and former U.S. Immigration Judge who has spent her career representing immigrants navigating the U.S. legal system. She currently serves as Partner at Murray Osorio PLLC, where her practice focuses on removal defense, and federal appellate litigation.

 

From 2023 to 2025, Anam served as an Immigration Judge at the Annandale Immigration Court, presiding over complex removal proceedings. Earlier in her career, she was a Partner at a law firm in Fairfax, Virginia, where her practice spanned family-based petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, humanitarian relief, asylum applications, and appellate work. 

 

Anam has taught as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center, co-teaching the Women and Immigration Fieldwork Practicum, and has volunteered extensively with organizations including the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Arrived, Ayuda, and Catholic Charities. She earned her J.D. and her B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science from The George Washington University, is admitted to practice in Virginia and the Fourth Circuit, and speaks Spanish professionally.

 

An immigrant herself, Anam brings both professional and personal understanding to her work, and she is proud to support Arrived’s mission.
