An Arrived staff member will reach out to confirm your eligibility and schedule an intake appointment in-person at our office.
When we meet, we will explain our services, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of our clients in return. We will also ask questions to learn more about your needs, goals, and priorities. Once you sign our New Client Welcome Letter, you will become an Arrived client.

No. Arrived is a private, non-governmental organization. Our staff do not provide identifying client information to ICE or any other government agency.

Arrived staff generally work with clients for six months. Our goal is to help you build confidence in your ability to succeed so that you can become self-reliant.
Client data is stored in a secure database that is only accessible to AsylumWorks staff members.
We never share your personal details with people outside our organization. We report aggregate client data (i.e. total number of clients served) to our funders.
At this time our services are only available to residents of DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland.
