Arrived understands that our team’s collective differences are also our greatest asset. Arrived staff are predominantly people of color, women, and first or second-generation immigrants.
Arrived values lived experience — nearly 70% of our client-facing staff members hail from the communities we serve. Approximately 40% of staff were once Arrived clients. Their perspectives strengthen our ability to provide culturally responsive services and create a workplace where all backgrounds are celebrated.
